3- Balance Theory Concept.

The first concepts of graph theory appeared in the works of the scientist (Leonhard Euler) when he solved the (Seven Bridges of Konigsberg) problem in (1736), and then researchers continued to discuss this theory until (1969) when (Frank Harary) published his book about Graph Theory, which was considered at the time the last textbook on this theory, and it is thanks to researchers (Frank Harary) and (Dorwin Cartwright) to provide sociologists later with a formal mathematical framework from Graph Theory to explore the compositional properties arising from Balance, where they explained several concepts of Graph Theory that are closely related to Balance Theory, and the concepts can be identified as follows: Graph, Directed Graph, Signed Graph, Signed Digraph. We will try to summarize the previous concepts as follows: Cartwright and Harary (1956: 281-282-283)
